Project Coordinators. Each Party shall designate an individual (a “Project Coordinator”) to coordinate, on such Party’s behalf, the day-to-day interaction of and communication between the Parties under this Agreement. Each Project Coordinator shall possess the education, training and experience necessary to make him or her reasonably technically qualified to serve as a Project Coordinator. Each Party shall be free to replace its Project Coordinator with new a appointee who has authority to act on behalf of such Party, upon notice to the other Party.
Project Coordinators. Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate an appropriate expert to facilitate communication and coordination of the Partiesactivities under this Agreement relating to Products and to provide support and guidance to the Development Committee, Marketing Committee, and Supply Committee (each, a “Project Coordinator”). Project Coordinators a. At any time after the effective date of this Consent Order, NASA or EPA may change their respective Project Coordinators. Each party agrees to provide written notice to the other party at least ten (10) days prior to such change. The written notice shall include the name, address, phone number, electronic mail address and qualifications of such person. b. EPA designates Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxx as the EPA Project Coordinator. c. NASA designates Mr. Xxxxx Xxx as the NASA Project Coordinator.
Project Coordinators. Each Party shall appoint an individual (the "Project Coordinator") who, from the Effective Date, shall serve on a dedicated basis as the primary representative for such Party under this Agreement. A Party's appointment of a Project Coordinator shall be subject to the other Party's reasonable approval. The Project Coordinator shall (1) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of such Party's obligations under this Agreement and the Project Scope Documents, (2) be authorized to act for and on behalf of such Party with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement and the Project Scope Documents and (3) appoint the individuals ("Project Managers") who shall be primarily responsible for supervising performance under the Project Scope Documents. A current list of Project Coordinators and Project Managers shall be maintained as Schedule 5, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time.
Project Coordinators. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each party will appoint one person to manage that parties’ day-to-day obligations as contemplated by this Agreement for that party (each a “Project Coordinator”) and will provide the contact information for such Project Coordinator to the other party. Each Party will have the right to replace its Project Coordinator by providing written notice of such replacement to the other party, such notice to include the contact information for the new Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinators will meet in person or by telephone conference, as needed, not less than once each quarter during the Term, to discuss the status of the partiesactivities under this Agreement.
