Project Expenditures. The Borrower shall, and shall cause the Relevant Parties, Manager and Operators to, operate and maintain the Projects pursuant to the then-current Operating Budget, the O&M Agreements, the Portfolio Documents, all other agreements with respect to the Project (including any provisions of any manufacturer, installer or other warranties), Prudent Industry Practices and applicable Law.
Project Expenditures. The Grantee agrees to expend all project (grant and matching) funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Grant and matching expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures (as of July 2022), incorporated by reference, which are available online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/docs-sf/accounting-and-auditing- libraries/state-agencies/referenceguideforstateexpenditures.pdf. Grant and matching funds may not be used for construction, food, motor vehicles or other expenditures not allowable under Florida Statutes. Project Expenditures. The Recipient shall promptly notify Ontario of any cost overrun or change orders that may have a Material Adverse Effect on the Project as compared with the Project Investment Commitment Budget, as set forth in Schedule “B-1”, attached hereto. Ontario will not be obliged to fund any such overrun of costs and may require proof of payment prior to any further Disbursements.
Project Expenditures. Eligible Expenditures of Ontario related to Eligible Projects described in Section 1.1 (Eligible Project Categories) of Schedule F (Unincorporated Areas) in the Unincorporated Areas will be limited to the following:
Project Expenditures. The Authorizing Official shall request disbursements from the Fiscal Sponsor using the form provided in Schedule D. Use of disbursements to the Sponsored Organization will be restricted to the support and implementation of the Project only. Any funds disbursed to the Sponsored Organization that are not used for the Project shall be returned to the Fiscal Sponsor.
Project Expenditures. (a) The Company will provide periodic reports and budget updates on a monthly basis. If at any time prior to the Formation Date, the actual plus the projected costs for the Centennial Project as set forth in the Company's budget for all pre-Commencement Date costs, including, without limitation, any repairs necessitated by the in-line inspection and survey or the hydrotest described in Section 7.6(b), or the acquisition of the rights-of-way for the Beaumont, Texas to Longville, Louisiana line segment, exceed Two Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($250,000,000), excluding any costs expressly assumed by one or more of the Parties pursuant to this Agreement, any Party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other Parties given within ten (10) days of receipt of such actual and projected cost information from the Company. The failure of any Party to timely provide such notice of termination will be deemed a waiver of such Party's right to terminate pursuant to this Section.
Project Expenditures. A. The proceeds of the Sub-award must be used to pay Eligible Costs. CHFA shall determine the Owner’s compliance with this requirement at the time of construction completion based upon a review of the Cost Certification for the Project. CHFA may establish such additional limitations on the expenditure of TCEP Funds as it determines are appropriate to ensure compliance with Program Requirements.
