Project Foreground Information. Project Foreground Information may be commercialised where appropriate, in which case benefits derived from the utilisation and application of such information shall be distributed according to the relative contributions of the Parties to the Project, the cost of commercialisation, and the degree of commitment of the Parties to obtaining legal protection of Intellectual Property, as determined in a Technology Management Plan. Each of the Parties may own its Intellectual Property in Project Foreground Information in its own jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the other Party and may derive benefits from its exploitation and commercialisation in those jurisdictions, with a mechanism for their establishment in a Technology Management Plan.
