Common use of Project Meetings Clause in Contracts

Project Meetings. The A/E shall attend a minimum of two meetings per month conducted by the PM and attended by HISD at its option, as well as other parties. These meetings will serve as a forum for the exchange of information and resolution of design decisions, and will be a point where design progress is reviewed and noted.
