Further, the Subscriber Organization warrants and covenants and shall be responsible for ensuring that the Project Owner complies with and meets all obligations under this Agreement, the Interconnection Agreement, the Interconnection Rules and Applicable Law to the extent that such obligations may need to be performed by or are applicable to the Project Owner in whole or in part. The name and contact information of the Project Owner is set forth in Exhibit D. The Subscriber Organization shall update Exhibit D from time to time for any change in the Project Owner.
