Promotional Content. SAMPLE Producer may freely bargain at the time of employment for the production and use of content or announcements intended to promote the podcast (“Promotional Announcements”), including behind-the-scenes type video recordings or the use of clips or sound track of a Performer’s performance from any episode(s) of the Podcasts (whether to promote a single podcast episode or to promote a podcast series) with any Performer who is engaged in one or more episodes of the Podcast. Any Performer not employed in the Podcast who delivers a performance in a Promotional Announcement for the Podcast must be hired and compensated under the terms of the appropriate SAG-AFTRA Agreement.
Promotional Content. In addition to the promotional content requirements of the Agreement, Publisher shall make available to ADSI through LS the following: (i) the front and back flaps, copyright notice page and indices (“Front and Back Matter”) and either (ii) up to 5% of each Digital Media File (excluding Front and Back Matter) or (iii) the first chapter of each Digital Media File, as determined by ADSI, in text and/or image format. Publisher acknowledges that the content included in such promotions will not be subject to any form of digital rights management and may be available for search and display by Internet and other electronic search engines.
Promotional Content. At a minimum, Publisher shall provide the Reseller with the ability to use promotional content for the purposes of marketing and selling Digital Media Files for each title as provided below. In some instances such promotional content shall not be subject to any form of digital rights management.
Promotional Content. All promotional content - produced and disseminated by Novartis Pharma (in printed/electronic form and communicated orally) must be consistent with product label, accurate, scientifically sound, objective and reflect the current state of knowledge.
