Promotional Credits. Any promotional credits issued hereunder will be subject to the Zendesk Promotional Credits Policy available on the Zendesk Agreements and Terms Website.
Promotional Credits. Veracity offers several different pricing plans for its products and Services. Veracity may also offer promotional credits, which may be usage or one-time credits, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms. Veracity has the right to chargeback promotional credits to Customers who violate the terms and conditions of these Terms.

Exasol may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, invoice You or require a credit card purchase for use of the Service after the evaluation period.

Promotional CreditsFor the avoidance of doubt, in no event shall any rebates or promotional offers offered directly by CRICKET PAYGO to Consumers constitute an adjustment in the BASE SRP. Any Promotional Discount offered on the Handsets by CRICKET PAYGO that occurs at the Storespoint of sale will be funded by CRICKET PAYGO through ALLEET’s issuance of a credit memorandum to Retailer. ALLEET shall issue a credit memorandum as soon as practicable following ALLEET’s receipt of such supporting documentation confirming the activation of Applicable Handsets. ALLEET shall be entitled to apply the credit memorandum to open invoices as determined by ALLEET. Retailer shall not be entitled to receive any Promotional Discounts with respect to any Handsets that are not activated by Consumers during the applicable promotional offer time period.
Promotional CreditsFrom time to time, XxxXx may choose to issue a certain number of credits (“Credits”) to your account. In addition to any specific rules and descriptions for each issuance of Credits, which are incorporated herein, the following terms apply. Credits, the number of Credits, and the redemption value of Credits and any restrictions on the use of Credits, are issued at SkyHi’s sole discretion to the fullest extent of the law. Promotional Credits. 4.1 We may award credits, points or any of our other virtual currencies (each individually or collectively referred to as "Promotional Credits") in connection with promotions or other giveaways. Acquisition of Promotional Credits provides only a limited, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, revocable license to use such Promotional Credits to access Services that we expressly make available for use with the Promotional Credits. Promotional Credits have no monetary value and do not constitute currency or property of any type. Promotional Credits may not be sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services, except for Services. We may cancel any Promotional Credits transferred, assigned or sold in violation of this Agreement. 4.2 During the term of Your license to Promotional Credits, You have the right to redeem Promotional Credits for selected Services. We neither guarantee the availability of particular Services nor that particular Services will be offered for any particular time. 4.3 The term of Your Promotional Credits license starts when You acquire such Promotional Credits and, subject to this Agreement, expires upon the earlier of (a) twelve months from the date of award (as the context requires and applicable to each individual award); or (b) the date that Your access to the Services is expired, suspended, cancelled or terminated as set forth herein. If You do not use Your account for twelve months, or if You delete Your account, any remaining Promotional Credits may be redeemed, cancelled or expired by us. Once Promotional Credits are redeemed for Services, such Services are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable for Promotional Credits or any other virtual currency, or for cash or goods or services. 4.4 Promotional Credits may only be held by legal residents of countries where access to and use of the Services and Promotional Credits are permitted. Promotional Credits may only be awarded by us or through means we provide on the Website or otherwise expressly authorize. We can cancel or suspend Your access to Promotional Credits in our sole discretion and without prior notice, if (a) You fail to comply with this Agreement; or (b) if we otherwise suspect fraud or misuse of Promotional Credits.   • Provisional Credit You acknowledge that the Rules make provisional any credit given for an entry until the financial institution crediting the account specified in the entry receives final settlement. If the financial institution does not receive final settlement, it is entitled to a refund from the credited party and the originator of the entry will not be deemed to have paid the party.

  • Service Level Credits If Verint does not meet the Uptime Percentage levels specified below, Customer will be entitled, upon written request, to a service level credit (“Service Level Credit”) to be calculated, with respect to the applicable Hosted Environment, as follows: • If Uptime Percentage is at least 99.95% of the month’s minutes, no Service Level Credits are provided; or • If Uptime Percentage is 99.75% to 99.94% (inclusive) of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 5% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint; or • If Uptime Percentage is 99.50% to 99.74% (inclusive) of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 7.5% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint; or • If Uptime Percentage is less than 99.50% of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 10.0% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint. Customer shall only be eligible to request Service Level Credits if Customer notifies Verint in writing within thirty (30) days from the end of the month for which Service Level Credits are due. All claims will be verified against Verint’s system records. In the event after such notification Verint determines that Service Level Credits are not due, or that different Service Level Credits are due, Verint shall notify Customer in writing on that finding. With respect to any Services Level credits due under Orders placed directly by Customer on Verint, Service Level Credits will be applied to the next invoice following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits; with respect to any Service Level Credits due for SaaS Services under Orders placed on Verint by a Verint authorized reseller on Customer’s behalf, Service Level Credits will be issued by such reseller following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits and such Services Level Credits may only be used by Customer with respect to subsequent purchases of Verint offerings through that reseller. Service Level Credits shall be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any failure to meet the Service Levels. Verint will only provide records of system availability in response to Customer’s good faith claims.

  • Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. These terminal paychecks shall be placed into the Plan on a pre-tax basis in accordance with the Plan, all applicable laws and all rules and regulations applicable to the Plan.

  • Promotions A. A promotion is defined as moving from any teaching position to one listed on the administrative and supervisory responsibility scale. B. All vacancies in promotional positions shall be filled on the following basis: 1. Whenever a vacancy arises or is anticipated, the Superintendent shall cause a notice to be posted in each school setting forth a description of and the qualifications for the position, including duties and salary range. Promotional vacancies shall be advertised throughout the year, including summer months, on the FCPS web site. In addition, the Superintendent will post a list of such vacancies in each school, with a copy of said notice being transmitted to the Association. 2. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, such notices shall be posted fifteen (15) days prior to the filing date when applications must be submitted. If notification is less than fifteen (15) days, the Association shall be notified. 3. Teachers who decide to apply for such vacancies shall submit their applications in writing to the Superintendent or authorized representative. The time limit specified in the notice shall be adhered to unless there are extenuating circumstances. 4. When a vacancy occurs, a promotion committee may be appointed by the Superintendent consisting of five (5) professional educators who are familiar with the duties and responsibilities associated with the position to be filled. Two (2) members of the committee may be classroom teachers. The committee shall have advisory status and shall recommend to the Superintendent one (1) or more candidates. 5. Vacancies shall be filled on the basis of experience, competency and other qualifications of the applicant. Ordinarily, preference shall be given to present teachers. Inquiries may be directed to other school systems when it is deemed advisable in the best interest of the Xxxxxxxxx County school system. The successful applicant shall meet the certification requirements established by the state board of education for the position, or shall fulfill such requirements within one (1) year. 6. The availability of leadership positions in other counties shall be made known in the same manner as set forth in paragraph 1 whenever possible. C. No teachers shall be denied the opportunity to apply for selection to participate in seminars or workshops sponsored by the Board for potential administrators and supervisors.

  • Credits An employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of nine decimal three seven five (9.375) hours for each calendar month for which such employee receives pay for at least seventy-five (75) hours.
