Common use of Promotional Discounts Clause in Contracts

Promotional Discounts. ‌ For any special or promotional sale prices, reductions, or other discounts provided to any Authorized User eligible to use this Contract, Contractor shall immediately extend and provide notification of such sale prices or discounts to the Commonwealth and all other Authorized Users during the term of the Contract. Such notice shall also advise the duration of the specific sale or discount price. The Contract Officer shall be provided notice in advance of any such promotional discount being extended to any Authorized User that is eligible to utilize this Contract.
