Evaluation Procedure The procedural requirements set forth in this agreement to provide specificity to the statutory obligations established under sections 3319.111 and 3319.112 of the Ohio Revised Code and to conform to the framework for the evaluation of teachers developed under section 3319.112 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Search, Enquiry, Investigation, Examination And Verification a. The Property is sold on an “as is where is basis” subject to all the necessary inspection, search (including but not limited to the status of title), enquiry (including but not limited to the terms of consent to transfer and/or assignment and outstanding charges), investigation, examination and verification of which the Purchaser is already advised to conduct prior to the auction and which the Purchaser warrants to the Assignee has been conducted by the Purchaser’s independent legal advisors at the time of execution of the Memorandum.

Mediation Procedure The Chairman shall promptly advise the parties of a scheduled Mediation Hearing date. NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employee’s employment. Such negotiations shall begin in accordance with the rules of the Public Employment Relations Commission in the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all members of the unit and be subject to ratification by the Board and Association.
ESCALATION PROCEDURES 48.1 The Standard Practices outlines the escalation process which may be invoked at any point in the Service Ordering, Provisioning, and Maintenance processes to facilitate rapid and timely resolution of disputes.
