Common use of Promotional Products Clause in Contracts

Promotional Products. During the Term, MusclePharm shall have the right to create and distribute the Promotional Products world-wide. MusclePharm shall be permitted to sell the Promotional Products at its cost to third parties and Endorser shall not be entitled to any additional compensation with respect to the Promotional Products. In the event that MusclePharm shall sell any Promotional Products above its cost then Endorser shall be entitled to receive [*]% of Net Sales from the sale of such Promotional Products.
