Pronoun Usage. Wherever the singular or feminine is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as if the plural, feminine or masculine has been used where the context of the party or parties hereto so required.

Pronoun Usage. It is agreed that where applicable in this Lease the following words shall be used as synonymous as the case may be or as grammatical construction shall require “he, she, it, they, its, his, her and their”. The words “Landlord” and “Tenant” when used herein shall be taken to mean either the singular or the plural and shall refer to male or female, or corporations or partnerships, as the case may be, or as grammatical construction shall require.

  • Pronouns Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural, and vice versa.

  • Nouns and Pronouns Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine, or neuter forms, and the singular forms of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural, and vice versa.

  • Masculine or Feminine Gender Unless otherwise specifically stated, any provision in this Agreement which is expressed in terms of the masculine shall, in its application to a female employee, be read with the necessary changes to express the feminine, and vice versa.

  • Word Usage Words used in the masculine shall apply to the feminine where applicable, and wherever the context of this Agreement dictates, the plural shall be read as the singular and the singular as the plural.

  • Other Usages The following usages shall apply in interpreting this Agreement: (i) references to a governmental or quasigovernmental agency, authority or instrumentality shall also refer to a regulatory body that succeeds to the functions of such agency, authority or instrumentality; and (ii) “including” means “including, but not limited to.”

  • Headings and Pronouns The headings of the paragraphs in this Contract are for convenience only and do not affect the meanings or interpretation of the contents. Where appropriate, all personal pronouns used herein, whether used in the masculine, feminine or neutral gender, shall include all other genders and singular nouns used herein shall include the plural and vice versa.

  • HEADINGS; SINGULAR/PLURAL The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Whenever required by the context of this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and masculine shall include the feminine.

  • Pronouns and Plurals Whenever the context may require, any pronoun used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns, pronouns and verbs shall include the plural and vice versa.

  • Captions and Pronouns The captions of the sections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and in no way define, limit or affect the scope or substance of any section of this Agreement. Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used in this Agreement shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular forms of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural, and vice versa.

  • Genders The masculine, feminine and neuter genders used herein shall include the masculine, feminine and neuter genders.
