Common use of Proof of Age Clause in Contracts

Proof of Age. The statement of the Annuitant’s date of birth on the Account Application for the Fund shall constitute a certification by the Annuitant and an undertaking to furnish such further evidence of proof of age as may be required for the provision of a retirement income.
