PROOF OF EXECUTION BY DEBENTUREHOLDERS. Subject to the provisions of Sections 9.01, 9.02 and 11.05, proof of the execution of any instrument by a Debentureholder or its agent or proxy shall be sufficient if made in accordance with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Trustee or in such manner as shall be satisfactory to the Trustee. The holding of Debentures shall be proved by the registry of such Debentures or by a certificate of the Debenture Registrar. The record of any Debentureholders' meeting shall be proved in the manner provided in Section 11.06.
