Common use of Proper Facilities and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Proper Facilities and Equipment. The Employer reserves the right to determine what type and number of equipment will be used on the job, and to assign such equipment among its employees as it deems necessary. The nature and operating conditions of such equipment shall be considered as a factor in evaluating the quantity or quality of work. The Employer shall once a year reimburse hearing reporters for supplies, service and cleaning for personally owned machines, up to a maximum of $50.00 per year.
