Common use of PROPER REMEDY Clause in Contracts

PROPER REMEDY. Where a grievance is filed and it is determined that an error has been made, the remedy will only be extended to the whose rights under the Collective Agreement have been violated. It is understood that in these cases, the actual may not be the recipient of that remedy.
