Property Leased. Lessor leases to Lessee all of the Equipment described on each Summary Equipment Schedule. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the applicable Schedule prevail over this Master Lease.
Property Leased. At the request of Lessee and subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement, Lessor shall lease to Lessee and Lessee shall lease from Lessor such personal property ("Equipment") as may be mutually agreed upon by Lessor and Lessee. The Equipment shall be selected by or ordered at the request of Lessee, identified in one or more equipment schedules substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto ("Equipment Schedule") and accepted by Lessee in one or more certificates of acceptance ("Certificate of Acceptance") in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto. Each Equipment Schedule executed by Lessor and Lessee and each Certificate of Acceptance executed by Lessee shall constitute a part of this Lease Agreement.
Property Leased. Lessor agrees to lease to Lessee and Lessee agrees to lease from Lessor the personal property ("Property") together with any replacements, additions, repairs, now or hereafter incorporated therein as described in any Schedule to Master Lease Agreement ("Schedule") now or hereafter executed by the parties hereto, the terms of which are incorporated herein.
Property Leased. The equipment (each a “Leased Item” and collectively the “Equipment”) described on each Equipment Order Form executed by Lessor and Lessee (“Order Form”), each of which is incorporated herein and forms a part of this Lease, is leased to Lessee on the terms and conditions stated herein. Order Forms are entered into at the discretion of Lessor. Each Order Form shall be in the form prescribed by Lessor and, upon the execution and delivery thereof, shall constitute a part of this Lease to the same extent as if the provisions thereof were set forth in full in this Lease. The terms “Lease,”“hereof,”“herein” and “hereunder,” when used in this Lease, shall mean this Lease and each Order Form executed by the parties hereto.
Property Leased. In consideration of the rent to be paid by Lessee and the covenants and agreements of Lessee hereinafter set forth, Lessor hereby rents, demises and lets to Lessee all of the tangible personal property listed on each Equipment Schedule executed, from time to time, pursuant to this Master Lease (with respect to any Equipment Schedule, hereinafter called the "Equipment"). Each Equipment Schedule shall be substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, shall incorporate therein all of the terms and conditions of this Master Lease and shall contain such additional terms and conditions as Lessor and Lessee shall agree upon.
Property Leased. For and in consideration of the mutual promises and of the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth to be kept by the County, the City hereby grants and leases to the County, the Leased Premises and the County does hereby take and lease the Leased Premises from the City, on the promises and on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. This Agreement creates the #I.5. October 29, 2012 relationship of the City as landlord and the County as tenant between the parties hereto, and no estate shall pass from the City to the County under this Agreement. The County has, by virtue of this Agreement, only a usufruct as that word is set forth and used in O.C.G.A. Ch. 44-7.
Property Leased. High Plains hereby leases to EPCO and EPCO hereby leases from High Plains a parcel of land, ("Property"), the location of which is more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
