Common use of Property Tax Exempt Status Clause in Contracts

Property Tax Exempt Status. In the event that Xxxxxx obtains property tax exemption status from the Xxxxxxxxxx Central Appraisal District during any time period following the execution of this Lease and no property taxes are assessed against the Leased Premises for such time period, Lessee shall not be required to pay the property taxes as additional rent during the period of time that no property taxes are assessed against the Leased Premises.
