PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE. Proposals are subject to acceptance by the signing of a contract and issuance of an appropriate purchase order at any time within sixty (60) days after the receipt of quotes unless otherwise stipulated. The SCCOE reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and reserves the right to waive any informality in any quote.
