PROPOSED PLAN OF ALLOCATION. Class Counsel will propose and submit a Plan of Allocation to the Court as to the recommended method of determining and distributing the proceeds of the Settlement Fund (net of attorneys’ fees and expenses) to members of the Class.

PROPOSED PLAN OF ALLOCATION.
