Each drop off location will be equipped with (1) 32 gallon tote on wheels with additional totes added as participation increases, a compostable liner and combination lock. Totes will be emptied weekly on Tuesdays between 8am - 7pm. FPC will monitor these totes to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness at each drop off location. Farmer Pirates Compost will work closely with the Town of West Seneca to administer and implement this program as outlined below. We will create the necessary digital marketing and educational materials to be provided to the town for outreach, education, and onboarding. While FPC will certainly share and promote this program, we feel the most effective way to reach residents of West Seneca will be through the town\u2019s own methods of outreach such as newsletters, newspaper, social media, flyering in local businesses, community events, farmers markets, and spreading awareness through local organizations. While we are not marketing experts, if requested we can recommend, based on experience, an outreach strategy to assist West Seneca in connecting with as many residents as possible to reach its target participation goal for this pilot program. Farmer Pirates Compost will provide ongoing monthly administrative support to the program to ensure its continued success. This monthly support includes collecting and analyzing participation data, monitoring new signups, monthly check-ins with participants, customer support as needed, and consistent promotion of the program. FPC will maintain an open and communicative relationship with the Town of West Seneca throughout the entirety of the program, sending monthly reports based on data collected and being available for requested meetings, etc. In order to engage with and continually monitor participation by enrolled households in a way that is quick, easy, and educational, FPC will implement a monthly check in system. In short, we will send via email or text, a short check in questionnaire that also provides a new fun fact about composting each month. With this data we can not only identify who is actively engaging with us and thus the program, but reach out to those who may not be and confirm whether they are still participating. We are also expecting the answers to these questions will provide valuable feedback on household experience with the program while at the same time providing a way to share short, useful (and hopefully fun and interesting) pieces of information to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of composting. As described below, Farmer Pirates Compost will charge tote service fees based upon the number of totes in service at each drop off location. From our current data we know that (1) 32 gallon tote has the capacity to hold a week's worth of food scraps from approximately 20 households. In order to ensure that there will always be available space in the totes when residents drop off, we will provide 1 tote for every 20 households signed up for the program. After 3 months, Farmer Pirates Compost will analyze the data to determine if our current estimated capacity should be adjusted based on participation. If we ever find capacity rates of over 35 households per tote, it will be an indicator that a review of enrollment and participation should be addressed.", "samples": [{"hash": "2FkeifjsICV", "uri": "/contracts/2FkeifjsICV#proposed-plan", "label": "Contract Agreement", "score": 32.8245552744, "published": true}], "size": 1, "snippet_links": [{"key": "based-on", "type": "clause", "offset": [89, 97]}, {"key": "maintenance-and-cleanliness", "type": "clause", "offset": [416, 443]}, {"key": "will-work", "type": "clause", "offset": [494, 503]}, {"key": "materials-to-be", "type": "clause", "offset": [664, 679]}, {"key": "to-the-town", "type": "clause", "offset": [689, 700]}, {"key": "social-media", "type": "definition", "offset": [947, 959]}, {"key": "local-businesses", "type": "definition", "offset": [973, 989]}, {"key": "community-events", "type": "definition", "offset": [991, 1007]}, {"key": "spreading-awareness", "type": "clause", "offset": [1030, 1049]}, {"key": "to-assist", "type": "clause", "offset": [1188, 1197]}, {"key": "participation-goal", "type": "definition", "offset": [1279, 1297]}, {"key": "pilot-program", "type": "definition", "offset": [1307, 1320]}, {"key": "will-provide", "type": "clause", "offset": [1345, 1357]}, {"key": "administrative-support", "type": "definition", "offset": [1374, 1396]}, {"key": "customer-support", "type": "definition", "offset": [1581, 1597]}, {"key": "as-needed", "type": "clause", "offset": [1598, 1607]}, {"key": "promotion-of-the-program", "type": "clause", "offset": [1624, 1648]}, {"key": "an-open", "type": "clause", "offset": [1668, 1675]}, {"key": "monthly-reports", "type": "definition", "offset": [1784, 1799]}, {"key": "data-collected", "type": "clause", "offset": [1809, 1823]}, {"key": "in-short", "type": "clause", "offset": [2051, 2059]}, {"key": "of-information", "type": "definition", "offset": [2600, 2614]}, {"key": "benefits-of", "type": "clause", "offset": [2662, 2673]}, {"key": "service-fees", "type": "definition", "offset": [2746, 2758]}, {"key": "number-of", "type": "clause", "offset": [2774, 2783]}, {"key": "current-data", "type": "definition", "offset": [2837, 2849]}, {"key": "a-week", "type": "definition", "offset": [2907, 2913]}, {"key": "food-scraps", "type": "clause", "offset": [2925, 2936]}, {"key": "in-order-to-ensure", "type": "clause", "offset": [2971, 2989]}, {"key": "available-space", "type": "definition", "offset": [3016, 3031]}, {"key": "the-data", "type": "clause", "offset": [3196, 3204]}, {"key": "to-determine", "type": "definition", "offset": [3205, 3217]}, {"key": "rates-of", "type": "clause", "offset": [3320, 3328]}, {"key": "review-of", "type": "clause", "offset": [3389, 3398]}, {"key": "enrollment-and-participation", "type": "clause", "offset": [3399, 3427]}], "hash": "0f776d796db0b30eb708453983fac77b", "id": 8}, {"snippet": "The Record of Decision, Explanation of Significant Differences.
