Prorated Matching Contribution. As soon as practicable on or after the Distribution Date, ADP shall contribute to the ADP Savings Plan on behalf of each CDK Employee a prorated portion of the employer matching contribution that would otherwise have been contributed on behalf of such person if no end-of-year employment requirement applied for purposes of receiving such matching contribution.
