Common use of Prospective Employers Clause in Contracts

Prospective Employers. Employee agrees, during the term of any restriction contained in this Agreement, to disclose this Agreement to any entity which offers employment to Employee. Employee further agrees that the Company may send a copy of this Agreement to, or otherwise make the provisions hereof known to, any of Employee’s potential employers.
