Common use of Protection and Return Clause in Contracts

Protection and Return. The Employee shall take measures reasonably ---------------------- necessary to safeguard the Confidential Information and to prevent its unauthorized use or disclosure and shall surrender to the Company at any time upon request, and in any event upon termination of the employment of the Employee by the Company, all Confidential Information, equipment, documents and records of any nature related to the business of the Company and all copies thereof in the possession or control of the Employee.
