Protective Footwear Allowance. The Employer shall pay one hundred fifty dollars ($150) to each plans examiner and three hundred dollars ($300.00) to each inspector not later than the first paycheck in March for the purchase of safety boots. Specifications of such boots shall be approved by the Employer to assure ANSI compliance. 16.3.1 Sales taxes are not included in an employee’s allotment and shall be paid by the Employer.
