Provider Deliverables. 3.1 PROVIDER will provide the Content for CABLEVISION's Service according to the schedules and descriptions set forth in Exhibits A D and E. PROVIDER has the right to make changes to the Content, even if not requested by CABLEVISION, subject to CABLEVISION approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
