Provincial Apprenticeship Legislation. Where there is a government recognized apprenticeship in British Columbia, the provincial apprenticeship legislation shall govern the Apprenticeship Program. However, where an agreement exists between the parties that provides for conditions and benefits over and above the legislation, the terms of the agreement shall prevail so long as they are in compliance with the legislation.
