Common use of Provision of Additional Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Additional Services. If Tenant desires services in amounts additional to or at times different from those set forth in Section 8.2 above, or any other services that are not provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall make a request for such services to Landlord with such advance notice as Landlord may reasonably require. If Landlord provides such services to Tenant, Tenant shall pay Landlord’s charges for such services (including Landlord’s then Building-standard administrative fee and such indirect costs as engineers’ expenses and a reasonable allowance for wear and tear on the Building Systems) within fifteen (15) days after Tenant’s receipt of Landlord’s invoice.
