Provision of E-Car Clause Samples
The 'Provision of E-Car' clause outlines the obligation of one party to supply an electric vehicle (E-Car) to the other party under the terms of the agreement. Provision of E-Car. ANERT shall provide E-Cars (as supplied by EESL) within two months from date of receipt of one month deposit Amount from the CLIENT. The variant/model of the vehicle so provided shall be as per availability with ANERT.
