Provision of Hosting Services. When Aetna desires to obtain Hosting Services from Supplier, Aetna and Supplier will prepare a Schedule that shall include a detailed description of the Hosting Services, the fee for the Hosting Services, the dates for performance of the Hosting Services, and such other information the Parties deem necessary and appropriate. Supplier shall commence providing the Hosting Services to Aetna no later than the dates set forth in an applicable Schedule and in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Provision of Hosting Services. XXX may sub-contract the provision of any part of the Hosting Services and SaaS Services without the need for Customer consent. Customer data – in the form of compressed encrypted backups – may be stored in one or more of SAM’s or its service providers’ hosted environments and may be moved between these without any need for Customer consent.
Provision of Hosting Services. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and herein, and the features and specifications of Company’s web site plan selected by Customer during the online ordering process or subsequently (the “Plan”), Company will provide Customer with access to the Software for the creation and maintenance of one interactive web site (the “Site”), the hosting of such Site, and customer support services (collectively, the “Services”). Customer support services are limited to electronic communications between Customer and Company as supported by the XxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx web site.

Provision of Hosting Services. TRX shall provide the Hosting Services as detailed as in Schedule F-A. The parties may agree on the provision of additional Hosting Services upon the execution of a Work Order in the form attached as Schedule F-B. The terms and conditions of this Attachment and the Agreement apply to all Work Orders executed hereunder.

In addition, Masterworks may determine to sell the Painting without engaging a third-party intermediary, in which event, the Administrator would charge the buyer of the Painting a reasonable fee not to exceed the lowest published buyer’s premium charged by Sotheby’s, Christie’s or Pxxxxxxx in effect at such time.

  • Description of Consulting Services Consultant shall perform the following services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement:

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
