Common use of Provision of Licensor Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Licensor Services. (a) Licensor shall have the right to delegate, subcontract, or sublicense to a third party, including Licensor’s Affiliates, the provision of Licensor Services and no such delegation, subcontract or sublicense shall relieve Licensor of any of its obligations hereunder; provided that, Licensor shall be required to obtain consent of the Knicks (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) in connection with the delegation, subcontracting, or sublicensing of Licensor Services to any third party service providers that (i) do not or will not provide similar services during Other Arena Events or (ii) will provide, conduct or manage the majority of a particular material Licensor Service. Subject to the preceding sentence, Licensor shall make the final decision regarding the selection of any such third party.
