Common use of Provision of Material Clause in Contracts

Provision of Material. 2.1 The Owner will provide the Material to the Recipient. 2.2 If the Owner requires reimbursement of the out of pocket expenses of transportation of the Material to the Recipient, the Owner will provide an invoice for those out of pocket expenses, and the Recipient will pay that invoice within 30 days.
