Common use of Provision of Progress Information Clause in Contracts

Provision of Progress Information. The Borrower shall provide to the Lender information for incorporation into progress reports, as required by the State and as needed by the Lender, to monitor project implementation for compliance with Grantor and local guidelines. This information must be provided no later than January 10 of each year until the Grantor administratively closes the grant file.
