(K) You agree and understand that the foregoing registration data will be publicly available and accessible on the Whois directory as required by ICANN and/or registry policies, and may be sold in bulk in accordance with the ICANN agreement.

The Contractees willful provision of inaccurate or unreliable information, or willful failure to promptly update information provided to Directi, or any failure to respond for over five calendar days to Directi’s inquiries addressed to the Customer or the Registrant, the administrative, billing or technical contact then appearing in the FAPI Database by email as per Section 32 (NOTICE) with respect to the Order, concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with the Order, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
