Provision of Tools. The Company shall provide for the use of Employees all necessary tools, special purpose tools and precision measuring instruments.
Provision of Tools. Work benches, clamps, handscrews, gluepots and all brushes shall be provided by the employer. The employer shall at his expense insure against loss or destruction by fire or as a result of burglary of the premises the tools of his employees normally used by them. Every employee shall be obliged to submit, when required, an inventory of the tools in his possession and shall further submit such information as may be required from time to time by the insurers in respect of the said tools, and shall keep his tools locked in a toolbox.
Provision of Tools. The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required by the employee in the performance of the employee’s duties. Replacement will be made by producing the worn or broken tool. The employee shall return all tools and equipment upon termination.
Provision of Tools. A caretaker required to do maintenance shall be supplied with the tools necessary to undertake the work at the employer’s expense. Such tools are to remain the property of the employer.
Provision of Tools. To provide the Tenant with a vacuum cleaner, garden tools (if there is a garden) and other devices to enable the Tenant to fulfil the obligations in relation to cleaning and gardening below.

The Employer may, by agreement with the apprentice’s parent or guardian, elect to provide the apprentice with a kit of tools and, subject to establishing the value of the tools at the time of so providing, deduct the tool allowance until the cost of the kit of tools is reimbursed. a) deduct from any monies owing the apprentice, the amount then owing; or
b) by agreement, retain tools at the originally nominated value to the amount still owing. Subject to the above, the maximum number of apprentices to be taken on by the Employer shall be one (1) apprentice to every two (2) tradespersons.
Provision of Tools. By agreement between the employer and employees the employer may provide tools in which case it is the employer’s obligation to have adequate tools available for the actual work to be undertaken. Alternatively, the parties may agree that the employees will provide the tools listed in Appendix E and receive the tools allowance. In this case it is the employees responsibility to present for work with adequate tools. Where the Company provides tools pay scales are adjusted to reflect this at
a. Employees will be paid for all time spent during working hours if down time occurs because of the employer’s failure to supply specialised tools.
Provision of Tools. Technicians, Tradesmen and Apprentices shall replace and maintain tools ordinarily required in the performance of their work as technicians/tradesmen/apprentices. The Company shall provide first up issue of tools ordinarily required in the performance of their work and all necessary power tools, special purpose tools and precision measuring instruments.
Provision of Tools. The Company shall provide for the Employee Usage; all necessary tools, special purpose tools and precision measuring instruments. An Employee shall replace or pay for any tools supplied by the Company of lost or damaged through the Employee’s negligence.
Provision of Tools. Yarra Trams will provide precision measuring, power and special purpose tools. It will also provide the first issue of tools ordinarily required by Technicians, Tradespersons and Apprentices however those employees will maintain and replace them.
