Common use of Provisional Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Provisional Part-Time Employee. An employee working a part‐time schedule of less than twenty (20) hours per week. Such employee is eligible to participate in non‐insured benefit programs at a level proportionate to their monthly work schedule.

Provisional Part-Time Employee. An employee working a part‐time regular schedule of less than twenty seven (207) hours per week. Such employee is eligible to participate in non‐insured benefit programs at a level proportionate to their monthly work scheduleweek or an irregular schedule of less than fifteen (15) days per calendar quarter.
