Common use of Provisioning Data Clause in Contracts

Provisioning Data. 2.4.1 Provisioning data generally in accordance with SPEC 2000, Chapter 1, for Material described in Articles 1.2.1 (i) through 1.2.1 (iii) (“Provisioning Data”) shall be supplied by the Seller to the Buyer in the English language, in a format and timeframe to be agreed during the Pre-Provisioning Meeting. 2.4.1.1 Unless a longer revision cycle has been agreed, the Provisioning Data shall be revised every [*] up to the end of the Initial Provisioning Period. 2.4.1.2 The Seller shall ensure that Provisioning Data is provided to the Buyer in time to permit the Buyer to perform any necessary evaluation and to place orders in a timely manner. 2.4.1.3 Provisioning Data generated by the Seller shall comply with the configuration of the Aircraft as documented [*] before the date of issue.
