Common use of PROVISIONS CONSTITUTING SUBLEASE Clause in Contracts

PROVISIONS CONSTITUTING SUBLEASE. A. This Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as Exhibit “C”, except as specifically amended herein, and Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as lessee under the Master Lease to the extent such terms and conditions are applicable to the premises subleased pursuant to this Sublease. Sublessee shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Subleased Premises any act or omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease. In the event of the termination of Sublessor’s interest as Lessee under the Master Lease for any reason, then this Sublease shall terminate coincidentally therewith without any liability of Sublessor to Sublessee. B. All of the terms and conditions contained in the Master Lease are incorporated herein, as terms and conditions of this Sublease (with each reference therein to Lessor and Lessee to be deemed to refer to Sublessor and Sublessee), and along with all of the following paragraphs set out in this Sublease shall be the complete terms and conditions of this Sublease.

This Sublease shall be of no force and effect unless and until the Landlord under the Master Lease shall grant its consent in writing thereto and this Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as Exhibit “C”, except as specifically amended herein, exempted herein and Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as lessee under the Tenant in said Master Lease to the extent such said terms and conditions are applicable to the premises subleased pursuant to this Sublease. Sublessee shall not commit or permit to be committed on the Subleased Premises subleased premises any act or omission which that shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease. In Sublessor shall not commit or permit to be committed on the event subleased premises any act or omission that shall violate any term or condition of the termination of Sublessor’s interest as Lessee under the Master Lease for any reason, then this Sublease shall terminate coincidentally therewith without any liability or interfere with Sublessee's quiet enjoyment of Sublessor to Sublessee. B. the premises. All of the terms and conditions contained in the Master Lease are incorporated herein, herein as terms and conditions of this Sublease (with each reference therein to Lessor Landlord and Lessee Tenant to be deemed to refer to Sublessor and Sublessee)) and, and along with all of the following paragraphs set out in this Sublease Sublease, shall be the complete terms and conditions of this Sublease.

This Sublease is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Master Lease attached as in Exhibit “C”, "A" and except as specifically amended hereinotherwise provided in this Sublease, and Sublessee shall assume and perform the obligations of Sublessor as lessee under the Lessee in said Master Lease arising after the date Sublessee obtains possession of the Premises and only to the extent such said terms and conditions are applicable to the premises subleased pursuant to this Sublease. Sublessee shall not commit commit, or permit to be committed on the Subleased Premises any act or omission which shall violate any term or condition of the Master Lease. In the event of the termination of Sublessor’s interest as Lessee under the Master Lease for any reason, then this Sublease shall terminate coincidentally therewith without any liability of Sublessor to Sublessee. B. All b. Except for the Excluded Paragraphs (as defined below) and limitations contained in this Sublease, all of the terms and conditions contained in the Master Lease are incorporated herein, herein as terms and conditions of this Sublease (with each reference therein to Lessor "Lessor" and Lessee "Lessee" to be deemed to refer to Sublessor "Sublessor" and "Sublessee" respectively). Such incorporated terms of the Master Lease, and along together with all of the following paragraphs terms set out in this Sublease forth herein, shall be the complete terms and conditions of this Sublease. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Master Lease and this document, the latter shall govern.
