Public Consultation. Benefits to the Province, Village, First Nations, and residents
Public Consultation. The Council’s Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) sets out the requirement for developers to consult with the local community dependant on the nature of the proposals. In addition, there is a statutory requirement for the Council to notify local residents of development proposals in their area. The Council, in consultation with parish councils, has also prepared a Parish Protocol for planning consultation with parish and town councils. The protocol sets out the process of how the Council will engage with parish councils regarding the planning application process.
Public Consultation. 7.1 The Licensee must give reasonable notice to all residents affected by the filming at and around the immediate vicinity of the Site in advance of the use of the Site and properly inform them of:
(a) the Permitted Times; and
(b) reasonable details of the scenes being filmed and the Permitted Use. A copy of any letter to residents must be submitted to and approved by the Council’s authorised officer prior to it being forwarded to residents. The Licensee must undertake and pay the costs of any additional public consultation required by the Council.
Public Consultation duration 6 weeks
Public Consultation. 4.1 The Trust will assist and support the Managing Partner with public consultation and the answering of questions about the Trust and the Site, in a manner agreed with the Managing Partner.
Public Consultation a) Each Party is responsible, within their individual policies and processes, for consulting with their public regarding matters pertaining to this Agreement and may bring relevant input for consideration in Bilateral Management.

In so far as the provisions of Directive 2001/42/EC are applicable 31, consultations undertaken on the draft in accordance with that Directive shall be deemed to satisfy also the obligations to consult the public under this Regulation.
Public Consultation. The Consultants shall prepare papers, briefing notes and presentation materials which will be required to conduct public consultation and to obtain the views of representatives of community groups, District Council/ Board members and relevant stakeholders.
Public Consultation. Public consultation has been integral to the development and implementation of the Regional Forest Agreement. The process and outcomes of this public consultation is detailed in the reports of the Public Land Use Commission and its successor the Resource Planning and Development Commission (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/). The public have also been consulted in the preparation of the Tasmanian Regional Forest Agreement – Sustainability Indicators for the First Review in 2002 (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxx/xxx/). A draft was prepared and released for a two month public comment period. There is a three month limit on the Review as prescribed in the RFA (Clause 45 (iii) and (vi)). The public will be invited to comment on the documentation on progress with implementation of the RFA to be considered by the Review Team. The Review Team will then have opportunity to consider the public comment as part of the review process. It is expected that the Review Team may address queries to government agencies, to people or to organisations that have provided comment on the draft report to clarify issues raised.
Public Consultation. The CHP will use the PPF as its main forum for consultation with the public but it is recognised that this is not the only way in which the CHP will engage with the public. The PPF will enable the CHP to improve its methods of communication in providing feedback to the Shetland public. Through for example, promotion of the Participation Toolkit produced by the Scottish Health Council and Best Practice principles as described by Consumer Focus Scotland. The CHP will use the PPF network to identify specific working group members for public engagement or consultation.
