Public Relations and Advertising. Company acknowledges FLIR’s need to promote uniformity in the use of its name throughout the world, and agrees that it will not generate advertising or publicity, issue press releases, or cause any other announcements with FLIR’s name or trademarks without securing the prior written approval of FLIR. In the case of a denial, FLIR will use reasonable efforts to assist Company in developing suitable announcements that meet Company’s reasonable advertising and public relations needs.
