Public Relations Services. NOTE: The services set out in this Clause 6 are voluntary. You are NOT automatically enrolled in this service. 6.1 OTR Models offers a press and media campaign service, which you may voluntarily opt to use at no additional cost, subject to Clause 6.2. If you opt to use the service you may be featured in press and media campaigns, in both digital or non-digital formats, as an ‘OTR Models Ambassador’. 6.2 You acknowledge that OTR Models uses a third-party PR company to manage its press and media campaigns. You agree that, if you opt to use the public relations services: a. you shall cooperate with OTR Models and its third-party PR company on all matters relating to the public relations service you are receiving; b. you shall only endeavour to positively enhance both OTR Models and your personal brand awareness;

Public Relations Services. As part of the Services offered pursuant to this Agreement, MedCare will provide such public relations services as MedCare and the Practice determine to be reasonably necessary to promote and develop the Program. MedCare will provide the Practice with written materials and activities for such purposes. The Practice agrees that it will make no further use of any such materials and activities provided to it or on its behalf by MedCare after the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. At the request of the Practice, MedCare shall propose a budget for public relations services which shall be attached to and incorporated in this Agreement as Schedule 3.4.
Public Relations Services. The Insurers agree, subject to the relevant sub-limit of liability stated in the Schedule, that following a Claim having been made or Loss incurred, which falls to be indemnified under this policy, cover is extended to include all reasonable costs which the Insured incurs with the Insurers’ prior written consent for a public relations and / or crisis management consultant to avert or mitigate any material damage to any of the Insured’s brands and / or the Insured’s Business. Furthermore, no excess shall apply to this extension.

Public Relations Services. The Advisor (i) shall submit to ELAS, for approval, public relations plans and strategies pertaining to the portfolio of Investments and individual Investments or proposed Investments or properties, (ii) shall promptly notify ELAS of any issues, events and activities with respect to any of the foregoing which may generate adverse media interest, (iii) shall, pursuant to guidelines, submit to ELAS for prior review and approval advertising, marketing and other public communications materials with respect to the foregoing, (iv) shall not communicate with or respond to any inquiry of the media with respect to the foregoing, other than pursuant to guidelines, without the prior approval of ELAS on a case by case basis or pursuant to a strategy previously approved by ELAS in writing, and (v) may include ELAS in its list of clients or make reference to ELAS as a client in any proposal, advertising or other communication, but may not otherwise mention ELAS or any of its affiliates in any of the foregoing or otherwise use or display the name or logo of ELAS or any ELAS affiliate without ELAS's prior written consent.
Public Relations Services. We will pay your necessary and reasonable expenses for a professional public relations firm review of and response to the potential impact of the Personal Data Compromise on your business relationships. This includes costs to implement public relations recommendations of such firm. This may include advertising and special promotions designed to retain your relationship with Affected Individuals; however, we will not pay for promotions: 1) Provided to any of your directors or employees; or 2) Costing more than $25 per Affected Individual.
Public Relations Services. This limit is part of, and not in addition to, the Response Expenses Limit. The most we will pay under Response Expenses coverage for loss arising from any Malware-Related Compromise is the sublimit shown for that coverage in the Declarations. The Advisor may include EMC, the Partnership or the Venture in its list of clients or make reference to EMC, the Partnership or the Venture as a client in any proposal, advertising or other communication, but may not otherwise mention EMC, the Partnership or the Venture or any of their affiliates in any of the foregoing or otherwise use or display the name or logo of EMC or any EMC affiliate without EMC's prior written consent. None of the foregoing shall limit the right of the Advisor to continue to provide investor relations services in accordance with current practice.
