Public Service Leave. Leave with pay will be granted for jury duty, and non-employee related court subpoenas. Military responsibilities for short term training for those with military reserve status will be recognized. Military leave in excess of two (2) weeks will require the employee to apply for and the District to grant a leave of absence and the employee will have full rights to the position which was vacated.
