Publicity and Acknowledgement. The Recipient agrees that it will acknowledge CDFA’s support whenever projects funded, in whole or in part, by this Agreement are publicized in any news media, brochures, publications, audiovisuals, presentations or other types of promotional material and in accordance with the Grant Procedures Manual if incorporated by reference and attachment to the Agreement. The Recipients may not use the CDFA logo.
