Common use of Publicity Rights Clause in Contracts

Publicity Rights. a. The Landscape Architect has the right to photograph this project and to use the photos in the promotion of his professional practice through advertising, public relations, brochures or other marketing materials. Should additional photos be needed in the future, the Owner agrees to provide reasonable access to the facility. b. The Owner agrees to cite the name of the Landscape Architect in all publicity, presentations, and public relations activities that mention the name of the facility during the planning, design and construction process.
