Common use of Purchase or Sale of Units Clause in Contracts

Purchase or Sale of Units. The General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire Units. As long as Units are held by the Partnership, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 and Article 11.

Purchase or Sale of Units. The Managing General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire Units. As long as Units are held by the Partnership, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The Managing General Partner or any Affiliate of the Managing General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 13 and Article 1114.

Purchase or Sale of Units. The General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire Units. As long as Units are held by the Partnership, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. As long as Units are held by the Partnership, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 and Article 11.

The General Partner may cause the Partnership to purchase or otherwise acquire Units; provided that, except as permitted pursuant to Section 11.6, the General Partner may not cause the Partnership to purchase Subordinated Units during the Subordination Period. As long as Units are held by the Partnershipany Group Member, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 Articles XI and Article 11XII.

As long as Units are held by the Partnershipany Group Member, such Units shall not be considered Outstanding for any purpose, except as otherwise provided herein. The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner (other than a Group Member) may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 Articles XI and Article 11XII.

The General Partner or any Affiliate of the General Partner may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units or other Partnership Securities for its own account, subject to the provisions of Article 10 Articles 11 and Article 1112.
