Purchaser Data. Client and AXS shall jointly own all data: (i) provided by users of the AXS Platform who purchase Tickets for Client’s Events (the “Ticket Purchasers”) to the extent such data is provided as part of the Ticket purchase transaction, including but not limited to, names, email addresses, phone numbers, profiles, details regarding the purchase for the Event, and other marketing or identifying information, so long as the Ticket Purchaser has consented to the collection and use of such information, or such collection and use is otherwise permitted by the applicable privacy policy and applicable law; and (ii) such other data regarding the Events as may be collected by AXS in the performance for Client of the Services ((i) and (ii) collectively, the “Purchaser Data”). For clarity, Purchaser Data does not include any data provided by or obtained by AXS or a third party from any Ticket Purchasers except to the extent such data was collected in connection with the Events, even if such other data is added to AXS’s internal profile on Ticket Purchasers. Each party has the right to use, analyze, modify and copy the Purchaser Data for any lawful purpose consistent with their standard business operations and in connection with providing or receiving ticketing services, provided each party hereby agrees to collect, process, hold and use such information solely in compliance with all applicable privacy policies and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and with any relevant Data Requests and other obligations set forth in this Section 6(a) as described further below. Each of Client and AXS agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party, and their affiliates, owners, officers, directors, agents and employees and contractors from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities or lawsuit arising out of, or relating to the use of, Purchaser Data by the indemnifying party in violation of this Section 6(a). This Section 6(a) shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Purchaser Data. Purchaser represents and warrants to Company that the following information is complete, accurate and may be relied upon by Company. In accordance with the foregoing, the following (PLEASE PROVIDE LEGIBLE RESPONSES) is hereby provided:
Purchaser Data. Purchaser data stored via the use of the Web Platform is the property of Purchaser. Upon request, Purchaser is entitled to: i) receive a copy of the data in a readable standard industry format defined by XOLTA or ii) delete the Purchaser's data. XOLTA shall protect any Purchaser data, including personal data and any data confi- dential in nature in accordance with section 18 of PART 1 of this Schedule 2 (Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale). XOLTA may use Purchaser data for the purposes of improving the Products or other of XOLTA's offerings, including to perform benchmarking, provided any personal data part of the Purchaser's data is anonymized.
Purchaser Data. During the course of its performance under this Agreement, SPY shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to (i) collect data and information about Purchasers visiting the NF Web Site; (ii) provide such data and information to NO FEAR; and (iii) make such data and information accessible to NO FEAR on a current basis. The privacy of individual Purchasers shall be maintained in accordance with the privacy policies set forth on the NF Web Site. SPY shall also be free to retain, evaluate and freely utilize such data and information for its own purposes during the Term.
Purchaser Data. During the course of its performance under this Agreement, 1st NET will collect data and information about Purchasers visiting the NO FEAR Web Site, and shall provide such data and information to NO FEAR, and make such data and information accessible to NO FEAR on a current basis. The privacy of individual Purchaser will be maintained in accordance with the privacy policies set forth on the NO FEAR Web Site. 1st NET will also be free to retain, evaluate and freely utilize such data and information for its own purposes.
Purchaser Data. Subject to Supplier’s rights in the Services, Purchaser will retain all right in any data collected from, and resulting reports created by, Purchaser using the Services. Supplier may used anonymized data from Purchaser to improve features of the Supplier’s product.

Purchaser Data. During the course of its performance under this Agreement, 1st NET will collect data and information about Purchasers visiting the NETSOL Web Site, and shall provide such data and information to NETSOL, and make such data and information accessible to NETSOL on a current basis. The privacy of individual Purchaser will be maintained in accordance with the privacy policies set forth on the NETSOL Web Site. 1st NET will also be free to retain, evaluate and freely utilize such data and information for its own purposes.
Purchaser Data. As between Purchaser and Xxxxxx, Purchaser is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all data that Purchaser inputs into the Services (“Purchaser Data”), including all Intellectual Property rights related thereto, subject to the rights and permissions granted in Section 4.3 of this Rider.
Purchaser Data. Principal and Ticketmaster each has rights in the personally identifiable information with respect to persons who actually purchased tickets to Principal's Attractions through the TM System ("Purchaser Data"), subject to the terms hereof. Such use by Ticketmaster may include, without limitation, in development of new or upgraded Software at Principal’s request, or for general market research on pricing when used in aggregate form with other Ticketmaster client consumer data. Each party agrees to use the Purchaser Data only in compliance with all applicable laws and administrative rulings and in accordance such party's own posted privacy policies. Principal shall implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the Purchaser Data to protect the Purchaser Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. Principal also agrees that if any portion of the Purchaser Data includes credit or debit card numbers and related information, Principal shall comply with payment card industry standards. Principal shall also include in any email communications that Principal may make based on the Purchaser Data a mechanism to provide the recipient with the right to "opt-out" from receiving further communications from Principal and Principal shall honor such opt-out preferences.
