Common use of Purchaser Expenses Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Expenses. The Company shall pay up to $750,000 in the aggregate of Primary Investor’s reasonable and documented out-of-pocket fees and expenses, including the fees and expenses of attorneys, accountants and consultants employed by Primary Investor to the extent that such fees and expenses relate to services rendered in conjunction with Primary Investor’s investment in the Series H Preferred Stock.

Purchaser Expenses. The Company shall pay up to $750,000 in the aggregate 75,000 of Primary InvestorPurchaser’s reasonable and documented out-of-pocket fees and expenses, including the fees and expenses of attorneys, accountants and consultants employed by Primary Investor Purchaser to the extent that such fees and expenses relate to services rendered in conjunction with Primary InvestorPurchaser’s investment in the Series H Preferred Stock.
