Purchaser's Statutory Statements. Purchaser has furnished to VFL true, complete and correct copies of the Annual Statements of Purchaser as filed with the State of Connecticut Insurance Department for the years ended December 31, 2001 and December 31, 2000, together with all exhibits and schedules thereto and applicable actuarial opinions.
