Purpose and Authorization. 1. The provisions of this Article EIGHTH are intended to assure that the Corporation remains in continuous compliance with the citizenship requirements of the Maritime Laws. It is the policy of the Corporation that Non-Citizens should not beneficially own, individually or in the aggregate, any shares of the Corporation’s Capital Stock in excess of the Permitted Amount.
2. The Board of Directors (or any executive committee or other committee constituted with similar authority to that of an executive committee) is hereby authorized to effect any and all measures necessary or desirable (consistent with applicable law and the provisions of this Second Restated Certificate of Incorporation) to fulfill the purpose and implement the provisions of this Article EIGHTH, including, without limitation, amending the Bylaws and establishing, amending or eliminating procedures from time to time that are consistent with the Bylaws that provide for, among other things, (a) obtaining, as a condition to recording the transfer of shares on the stock records of the Corporation, affidavits or other proof as to the citizenship of existing or prospective stockholders on whose behalf shares of the Capital Stock of the Corporation or any interest therein or right thereof are or are to be held, and (b) to the extent the shares of the Corporation are certificated, establishing and maintaining a dual stock certificate system under which different forms of stock certificates representing outstanding shares of the Capital Stock of the Corporation are issued to Citizens or Non-Citizens.

The Client is engaging GSN, for the purpose of website hosting and developing and/or improving a website to be installed on the Client’s web space provided by GSN or on a Client’s web hosting service’s computer. If Client’s web hosting service is used, then the Client authorizes GSN to access this account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide GSN with “written permission” for the Client’s web space.
Purpose and Authorization. The Client is engaging Aretha Techno Solutions, for the purpose of developing and/or improving a website to be installed on the Client’s web space on a web hosting service computer. The Client authorizes Aretha Techno Solutions to access this account, and authorize the web hosting service to provide Aretha Techno Solutions with “write permission” for the Client’s web space.
Purpose and Authorization. The Client is engaging FreeTime Web Design, for the purpose of developing and/or improving a website to be installed on the Client's web space on a web hosting service's computer. The Client authorizes FreeTime Web Design to access this account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide FreeTime Web Design with "write permission" for the Client's web space.
Purpose and Authorization. The Client is engaging Uvic Inc., for the purpose of preparing (taking pictures, creating 3D model) Clint’s goods pictures for publishing on the web catalog and developing a webpage to be installed on the Uvic Inc.’s web space and catalog. The Client authorizes Uvic Inc. to access its goods and products.
Purpose and Authorization. The client is engaging Grihasewa for developing and improving a website to be installed on the client's webspace on web hosting services. The clients authorize Grihasewa to access this account and authorize the Webhosting Services to provide. Grihasewa with "write permission" for the client's webspace.
Purpose and Authorization. The Client is engaging Xxxxxxx.xxx, for the purpose of developing and/or improving a website to be installed on the Client's web space on a web hosting service's computer. The Client authorizes Xxxxxxx.xxx to access this account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide Xxxxxxx.xxx with "write permission" for the Client's web space.
Purpose and Authorization. It is the purpose and intent ofthis Agreement to provide a means ofconstructing, financing and operating Wastewater conveyance for the benefit ofthe residents of XXXXXX on a regional basis with all Capital Costs and Operation and Maintenance Costs and Expenses ofthe Joint Conveyance System apportioned on the basis ofvolume of flow as more particularly provided in this Agreement.

The Client authorizes Lidoma Design to access this account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide Lidoma Design with the Client's web space.
Purpose and Authorization. 1. The County and the Appraisal District rely on the same data regarding property and values to perform their respective functions.
2. The County and the Appraisal District both desire to share network resources, server(s), software and a database of all properties, values, and their respective owners within Comal County in order to create efficiency in each Party’s function (the “Technology”).
3. The Appraisal District desires to utilize existing network connected to the County in order to participate in the County Hosted Voice System (HVS).
4. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the authority granted and in compliance with the provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 791.
