PURPOSE AND OCCUPANCY. RESIDENT will occupy the PREMISES as a private dwelling unit and for no other purpose. RESIDENT agrees the only person whose name appears and has signed this LEASE AGREEMENT may occupy the PREMISES. Failure to comply with this limitation shall constitute a substantial breach of this LEASE. Occupancy is defined and shall consist of seven (7) days or more consecutively or fourteen (14) days in any one (1) calendar year. Airbnb rentals are not allowed. RI
