Purpose and Powers. The purpose of the Company is, and the Company shall have the power and authority, to engage in and carry on any lawful business, purpose or activity for which a limited liability company may be formed under the Act. The Company may, and shall have all power and authority to, take any and all actions as may be necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, incidental, convenient to or in furtherance of the foregoing purpose.

Purpose and Powers.
